Jason Dana Galbraith: Suffering through intense bouts of depression, anxiety, and anger Jason Galbraith made it his purpose to follow the trail of his pain and uncover the message of his heart. Over the past 10 years he has been dedicated to exploring the truth within the human heart and to discovering practices that unearth the purest “us” buried beneath the heap of pain and suffering that often rules our lives. Jason has been practicing yoga for over 8 years, has been teaching for over 3 years and has achieved a 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certificate through Ventura Yoga Studio in Ventura CA. Yoga is Jason’s life path and he continues to explore and educate himself in the art, the philosophy and the principles of this ancient practice. In the writings from his book entitled “Liberation on My Lunch Break, poems & insights” and in his teachings, it is Jason’s intention to empower others to cultivate their ability to free themselves from the stresses of life and begin to live a life filled with joy and purpose.
